Verizon and Novatel working together have released their new Global Modem the USB730L. This new modem the USB730L by Novatel Wireless is loaded with Technology and has one of the smallest product footprints in the industry. Verizon’s release of the USB730L modem provides a significant step up over the performance of the USB U620L which was released July 2015.
The USB730L has several key differences is under the hood, the most notable being it new LTE chipset taking it from Cat-4 (max theoretical speed of 150Mbps) to Cat-6 (max theoretical speed of 300Mbps). This potential speed doubling is exciting to many users provided they have work under ideal network conditions. The 730L also provides the future headroom Verizon needs as its networks continue to evolve.
The other great new feature of the USB730L is that it is MiFi ready. This feature makes it extremely simple when sharing a connection. The user never needs to worry about the battery life as it is powered via USB.
To use the USB730L is as simple as “plug and play”. No drivers or setup are required. Once it is plugged in, you are ready to surf the net and to share your connection with other users.
The USB730L is a much needed step up in technology and will prove to be a better option than the current USB modems in the market.
